A gorgeous sugar-free, dairy-free ice cream that beats any shop-bought ice cream.

Ingredient list

300ml freshly orange juice
100ml agarve syrup
200g cashew butter

Preparation

Pour the orange juice into a pan and add the agarve syrup.

Heat gently and add the cashew butter, stirring until it has dissolved.

Allow the mixture to cool.

If you have an ice-cream maker follow the instructions or freeze directly in a flat-bottomed container with lid.
