A very simple starter, no fancy sauce needed: the oysters speak for themselves!
Ingredients:
crushed ice
10 oysters shucked but in their shells
1 lemon
1 lime
Preparation:
Spread out the crushed ice on a large plate, arrange the oysters on top.
Slice the lemon and lime and arrange the slices between the oysters.
Enjoy!
